Mesa High School’s Environmental Science classes are restoring an acre of campus property from a weed and trash filled lot back to a native Sonoran desert ecosystem that will attract pollinating insects, bats, and birds. A classroom set of binoculars will assist the students as they conduct bird and butterfly surveys in our garden.
