We have a raised bed in front of our school that has a southern exposure so it gets lots of sun. We have placed perennial gardens throughout the campus and compared the different microclimates. The spring flowers bloom at different times depending on the sunlight, temperature, amount of water, soil, and traffic.

AWARD WINNER: Pennington Habitat Heroes Earth Day 20164th grade students are weeding the raised flower beds in front of the Lower School. The Daffodils and Red Emperor Tulips are blooming in our garden.
